NEW YORK, NY (Feb. 24, 2019) – Today one of the most senior leaders of ICNA, Syed Ameenuddin Hussaini passed away in New York. He was 90.
NEW YORK, NY (Feb. 22, 2019) – Dr. Khurshid Khan, President of ICNA (2005-2008) passed away last night at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He was 81. Dr. Khan was also the former Vice President of New York Majlis ash Shura, the umbrella body of all Muslim organizations in New York and the Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Catholic-Muslim Dialogue.
(New York, Feb. 4, 2019) – Umar AbdulAziz, a senior ICNA Member of the General Assembly from Brooklyn, New York, passed away in Islamabad, Pakistan, last Saturday due to illness.
(Atlanta, GEORGIA, Feb 3, 2019) – A team of trained volunteers from 877-Why-Islam is in Atlanta to join ICNA-Atlanta for a successful Street outreach outside the Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday. The volunteers spoke with the attendees about the misconceptions about Islam in the media and general society.
